Can I request a refund?
You’re eligible for a refund if you’ve used less than 20 GPU minutes lifetime. GPU minutes are a measure of processing time and the “credits” niji・journey/Midjourney uses to determine how many images you can make with your plan.
If you’re eligible, the website will give you the option to refund your plan automatically when you cancel your subscription. When you request a refund through the website, it will process through your card as a reversal – you won’t see a separate refund transaction, the original charge will disappear. This may take up to 10 business days, but in most cases it takes significantly less time.

If you encounter an error when requesting a refund, Wait one hour and try again. If you’ve already received your new invoice in your email or are still seeing this error, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
If you subscribed to niji・journey through the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can request a refund directly on their platform.
