I need to write in to support, what information do I need?
Regardless of what issue you are facing, it would generally be very helpful to include the following information as part of your support email to better allow us to assist you.
To get the debug information, please follow these steps:
If you are on the Mobile App -> Profile Page -> Settings -> Look at the bottom for a Clipboard Icon.
If you are on Discord, type /info and paste us the User ID column.
If you are blocked, please look at the bottom for a Clipboard Icon.
The information should look something like this:

If you are having subscription issues, please kindly include a screenshot as well as the number of your Apple Receipt, or your Google Play Order ID.
