How can I change to a different subscription plan? (Mobile)
You can change your subscription plan at any time:
1.
Visit the "Manage Sub" page in your app. It's located under "You" at the bottom right and "Manage" at the top right.
2.
Scroll down past your current account information to the list of available plans.
3.
Click the Price button beneath the plan you’d like to change to.
If you’re upgrading your plan, you’ll have the option to make the change effective immediately. You’ll receive a prorated refund on your new plan based on the unused portion of your current plan. You can also choose to have your plan upgrade when your subscription would normally renew instead. You can find more information about the refund directly on the Google Play Store or Apple Store. Annual and Mega plans can only be purchased through the website. To upgrade to an Annual or Mega plan, you need to cancel your mobile subscription first and visit nijijourney.com to subscribe. Upgrades and downgrades on the Play Store can be immediate.
Upgrades on the App Store is immediate, while downgrades on the App Store will only take effect at the end of the next billing cycle.
