How do I find my subscribed account?
If you subscribed via the mobile app, and you suddenly find that you don’t have access to your account, here are some steps you can take from the login screen.
(Android only) In the google play store app, ensure that you have a valid niji・journey subscription with the currently logged in google play account.
In the login screen, tap ‘Wrong Account’ → ‘Restore Purchase’.
Alternatively, from the ‘Manage Subscription’ page, tap on the ‘Restore Purchase’ button.
